We aim to provide decent traditional pub grub at a reasonable price!
We have a regular menu and a daily special board - which changes seasonally. Where ever possible we use local suppliers and local produce. Our meat comes from The butcher over the road and alot of our fruit and vegetables from a customers allotment! Starters include - Homemade soup - £3.75, Homemade Chicken Liver pate with hot toast - £4.25 Fillers - 10oz Rump steak and all the trimmings - £9.95, Steak and Kidney puddings - £7.75, Homemade Pies - £7.50 and also fish, scampi and a vegetarian dish of the day! Lighter bites include Giant Yorkshire puddings, toasted sandwiches and filled white baps - from £3.50 Puddings are to die for with cream, ice cream or lashings of custard!!!
